Email: jodie@nuffieldinternational.org

Jodie was CEO of Nuffield Australia and CEO of Nuffield International concurrently between March 2020 and September 2025. From September 2025, Jodie took on the role of CEO of Nuffield International exclusively. Jodie did her own Nuffield scholarship in 2013, and remained an active member of the alumni, particularly by leading the Global Focus tours to Japan from 2015 onwards with husband Wayne. Her Nuffield report was titled "Something to Crow About: What can poultry farmers do to answer consumer perceptions and pressures facing our industry?' Jodie and Wayne operated a commercial broiler farm in Queensland for 27 years. Jodie held numerous positions within the chicken industry for over 10 years: she was President of the Australian Chicken Growers Council, President and Executive Officer for the Queensland Chicken Growers Association and sat on the Australian Chicken Meat Federation, the peak industry body. In July 2017, they sold their chicken farm, and purchased an Angus breeder operation and agritourism venture in northern NSW. AS CEO of Nuffield Australia, Jodie oversaw the scholarships of more than a quarter of the current alumni and considered her relationships with scholars and alumni the most important part of building a legacy for the future. As CEO of Nuffield International she has helped to establish Nuffield in Japan, Poland and Romania, helped USA and Brazil become full Nuffield countries and set Chile, Denmark and Taiwan on their paths to Nuffield success. She looks forward to building a truly global Nuffield network of innovative and deep thinking agriculturalists.
