Jose Pablo Luchsinger, a Chilean agronomist and founder of La Buena Tierra, is passionate about transforming land management through comprehensive and regenerative solutions. Specialising in environmental management, agroecology, and land planning, Jose Pablo works to restore ecosystems and promote sustainable practices.

La Buena Tierra, his consultancy, offers services such as regenerative land design for agriculture, real estate, and livestock, soil health enhancement programs (PROGAR), biofactory implementation, bioinput production and sales, education and training workshops, and project management for sustainable agriculture. With extensive experience in environmental education and agroecological consulting, Jose Pablo leads workshops and programs that empower others to adopt regenerative practices.

As a 2025 Nuffield Scholar, Jose Pablo is researching scalable land management models for transitioning to agroecology. His focus is on overcoming challenges like water scarcity, improving soil health, and integrating land planning for economic viability and climate resilience. He aims to study successful examples from Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, and the UK to adapt and replicate strategies for diverse agricultural systems.
