Ollavo is from Guaranta, So Paulo, Brazil. He is operational manager of Santa Maria Farm/Tinoco Eggs, representing the third generation of his family to be involved in the eggs, sugar cane, and beef cattle operation in northwest Sao Paulo. During his Nuffield travels Ollavo will investigate family succession and continuance, exploring potential relationships between the management of the operations and its country politics and economy and how farmers pass their businesses on to future generations.
