2023 Nuffield International Scholarship Applications Open
25/07/2022
Nuffield International has opened applications for 2023 scholarships, and farmers and agricultural professionals are encouraged to apply. This year, nine scholarships are available to those typically between the ages of 25 and 45, and directly engaged in the agriculture industry from countries including Argentina, Chile, Germany, Japan, Kenya, USA, Poland and Zimbabwe.
CEO Jodie Redcliffe says that it is a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills, gain knowledge and build capacity.
"Now we are able to travel globally again we encourage farmers and agricultural professionals to apply for a scholarship to see examples of innovation, gain knowledge and become leaders in their field, said Mrs Redcliffe.
"In addition to generous scholarship investment by global agribusinesses, Nuffield International is also continuing to be supported by the Chris Reichstein Philanthropy Fund. Australian 2014 Scholar Chris Reichstein generously donated to Nuffield International to invest in regional and rural individuals in developing countries".
The global network gained through this expansive program provides scholars the chance to grow, implement operational changes at a business level and share knowledge with other producers and the wider industry.
Applications for the 2023 program are now open so visit the Nuffield International website to apply: www.nuffieldinternational.org.
Applications will close on 21 October, interviews will take place in November, successful candidates announced early December and the scholarship commences with the Contemporary Scholars Conference in Canada in March 2023.
